Q’s about me?
I’m Nobhongo Gxolo, currently doing my postgraduate diploma in Journalism and Media Studies at Rhodes University, South Africa. I believe reading is the way forward, a necessary luxury I don’t have as much time to pull it off as I’d prefer.
This is about me sharing with you what I think about Minorities on the Net. Being a black female I stand as a contradiction because demographically speaking my race and gender pull me towards the minority, whereas my country of residence as well as my educational attainment, because of access, are factors pulling me towards the other end of the scale.
